We serve lunch and dinner at the table, with a buffet of raw and cooked vegetables. In our proposals, we like to range between genuine and well-prepared dishes from national and Trentino cuisine, and the local gastronomy that we absolutely recommend trying. Water in the carafe is always available free of charge during meals.
- In summer, if you love the mountains and prefer to eat at high altitudes during a trip or hike, we can prepare a packed lunch for you!
- In winter, you can choose to have lunch at the hotel, request a packed lunch, or have lunch at an altitude of 1860 meters in the self-service restaurant in Folgarida (Loc. Malghet-Aut).

THE INGREDIENTS. LOCAL TRADITION
We choose high-quality, local ingredients to ensure the authenticity and straightforwardness of traditional flavors. Everything the best our territory has to offer goes into the dishes we propose: apples, honey, cheeses from Caseificio Presanella, cured meats purchased from Macelleria Anselmi in Dimaro, and genuine alpine cheeses and ricotta.
